Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Company is pleased to be partnering with an industry leader for media research and insights. They are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner for their office in Downtown Toronto. This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across Canada. They offer an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the Sr. Director of Human Resources to evaluate hiring practices, partner with managers and bring great talent in the organization.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle in French or English across Canada which includes: partnering with hiring teams, posting, sourcing and screening, booking interviews with hiring team, interviewing, testing, offer process, including approval processes and offer writing for both internal and external candidates
  • Partners closely with managers, building a strong relationship, to understand their business function and their recruitment needs
  • Creates job postings in French and English using the job description library as a foundation
  • Reports weekly on recruitment statistics through daily maintenance of a tracker from which metrics are generated
  • Recommends recruitment planning and resourcing to hiring managers, building pipelines, skills assessments and experience requirements
  • Maintains the Applicant Tracking System and company career websites
  • Develops relationships with recruitment agencies and with universities for campus recruitment
 
Requirements:
  • College Diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruitment
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and French
  • Experience recruiting in the Quebec market is an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Advanced listening and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, market trends and recruitment channels.
  • Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
