Total Rewards Analyst

The Talent Company is pleased to be partnering with one of the leading financial services software and cloud solutions companies located in Downtown core, Toronto for a Total Rewards Analyst position. 

  • Manage all aspects of the market intelligence process including compensation and research surveys, provide end to end research and analysis, including data gathering, validation, interpretation and preparation of presentations
  • Support compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise
  • Provide reward related analysis for HR and the business in support of broader talent agenda
  • Support the annual reward cycle, including forecasts and modelling of budgets, system (Workday) and data readiness, data analysis and consultation for managers and broader HR team
  • Participate in the administration of career framework, such as job architecture and job levelling
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and develop excel models in support of the development of design and development of reward programs
  • Lead or support ad-hoc projects, as required
  • Support the global Total Rewards team with research and analysis
To successfully step in to this role, you will have: 
  • Bachelors’ degree in business/commerce, mathematics and economics is preferred
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a Compensation related role is a must
  • Superb proficiency with Excel in conducting complex technical analysis and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, with excellent attention to details
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and balance competing priorities without losing quality in execution
  • Well organized with ability to managing multiple priorities within a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Experience with leading/conducting complex analysis and research, and translate the knowledge gained into intelligence by providing comprehensive observations and recommendations
  • Proven track record for analyzing large amounts of data, identifying trends and relationships, and providing detailed explanations
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
