We are a global organization with a significant presence in Canada, going through a period of transformation within our HR team; we are building an HR team that adds greater value to the business through greater collaboration and business partnering!
The team is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Manager to support a Director to develop the roadmap for establishing the organizations OE capabilities working closely with organization design, culture shaping, employee engagement, performance management, and business transformation.  We operate out of our Head Office in Markham.

  • Making recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness practices, capabilities, tools and methods with a high focus on internal and external clients
  • Work closely with the business leaders and HRBP’s to transform overall effectiveness and performance
  • Assess data to determine issues, ensure alignment of business needs and goals and recommend solutions
  • Create and administer programs to grow the already thriving culture and engagement based company analysis and data and the ability to score those programs effectiveness
  • Developing strategies to optimize the business including people, processes, systems, and culture to improve business performance
  • Utilize company-wide communication to promote the importance of a higher level of employee experience
  • Advocate for an inclusive culture so team members can be out of the box thinkers and provide unique insights, ideas and talents

  • Post-secondary education, in a Human Resources or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with an emphasis on designing, building and implementing effectiveness programs, engagement methodologies and change management
  • An innovative understanding of OE concepts with the ability to adapt to meet stakeholders needs
  • Strategic mindset and vision, while being able to execute work as a part of the creation process
  • Naturally curious, persuasive, strong relationship building, time management ability and highly collaborative
  • Enjoys handling tough situations and working through ambiguity, flexible to change and excellent verbal and written communication skills
