The Talent Company is pleased to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit applied research organization to search for their Senior Manager, Facilitation and Program Delivery. This role reports into the Director of Operations and will be working remotely in Toronto/South Western Ontario/Ottawa.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional facilitator with a background in leadership development and organizational development. The Senior Manager, Program Facilitation and Program Delivery will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Program Design and Development, the associate network (facilitators and coaches) and the business development and project management teams. 
 Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivery, facilitation and overall quality assurance of custom, public and professional development programs, products and services.
  • Oversight and development of a group of external experienced professionals in the delivery of programs including identification, recruitment, selection, orientation, training, in classroom delivery, performance and evaluation.
  • Advising and providing recommendations and feedback on custom, public and professional development programs to ensure quality/professional standards, consistency and adoption of concepts.
  • Enhancing existing programs and identifying opportunities for new products/services, expanding the portfolio of capabilities, delivery methods, resources and materials to deliver excellence in client/customer experience.
  • Liaising closely with clients from initial needs assessment through to delivery and quality assurance.
  • Supporting business development activities by acting as a subject matter expert and helping to develop, implement and execute on client retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Graduate degree in a related discipline (Organizational Development, Leadership, Industrial Psychology, Business, Adult Education).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in adult-centered learning in an executive education and leadership development settings. Proven ability to balance pragmatic program development with client-centered approaches to organization challenges.
  • Breadth and depth of knowledge across relevant content areas, including the fields of management/leadership, organizational development, talent management, and adult learning.
  • Strong facilitation and program delivery skills – ability to perform successfully as a solo, team, or lead facilitator across a wide range of leadership development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with program development, design and delivery methods.
  • Experience and interest in using technology to facilitate learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence upper middle management to senior executives displaying presence and credibility in the classroom.
  • Flexible, adaptable with clients, colleagues and organization needs.
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a definite asset.
