The Talent Company are looking to add to our roster of HR Consultants for our HR Services On Demand practice. We have an immediate need for a Bilingual HR Business Partner or HR Manager to support a leading Canadian organization in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, you will be responsible for providing broad HR support to an assigned client group, including:
  • Acting as front-line HR support for Manager and employees, advising on the application of HR policies, programs and practices
  • Coaching Managers to improve their ability to effectively manage and develop their team
  • Providing end-to-end employee relations and labour relations support
  • Helping to prepare for collective bargaining
  • Collaborating with other HR team members to drive talent management and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Contributing to HR projects
Requirements:
To successfully step in to this role you:
  • Must be fluently bilingual (French/English)
  • Offer at least three years’ experience in an HR business partnering role
  • Bring strong HR expertise
  • Are a strong communicator, influencer and relationship builder
  • Open to working on a contract and/or project basis
