Our client, a leader in outsourced HR solutions is currently seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their Toronto team. This is a full time position . 

General Duties:
  • Identifying and meeting with business owners to identify their needs.
  • Prepare and execute new client contracts in a timely manner
  • Accomplish sales goals set by management 
  • Problem-solving any customer issues
  • Developing and managing client relationships
Required Skills:
  • Strong skills using Microsoft office suite especially Word and Powerpoint
  • 3+ years experience in a combination hunter/ farmer sales role
  • Excellent communication level with ex[perience giving large presentations 
  • Have a valid G driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Guaranteed base salary
