Territory Sales Representative - Durham to Kingston

Our client, one of the largest premiere food brokers in Ontario is looking for a dedicated sales rep for one of their largest clients. Covering the territory East of Toronto (Durham- Kingston) this is a home office based opportunity offering a competitive base, car allowance and full company benefits
 
Responsibilities
  • Calling on independent restaurant operations and providing full support to develop and present new menu offerings
  • Representing and providing demonstration to new and existing clients of all new products 
  • Problem-solving any customer issues and seeking resolution
  • Visiting corporate office on a regular basis and managing the full relationship from corporate to end user
  • Developing and managing existing client relationships
  • Participating at industry trade shows 
 
Requirements
  • 2+ years sales experience in the foodservice industry or restaurant operations
  • Proven sales metrics both as a hunter and as a farmer 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Have a valid G driver’s license and own car
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM
